Winter Wholesale Issues

I find it difficult to 1. Find home for sale during winter here in Michigan as I would normally just go to the house and ask to speak with the owner, and 2. Find home owners phone numbers online. I can usually find the owner name but the phone numbers are tough.

If you have any solutions for these problems that would be great as I’m trying to make deals all year long, monthly!!

Thanks in advance!

@Justin Hill Hi Justin! I am a Michigan girl! I moved to TX some years ago. Michigan is a tough market only because there arent a ton of investors or capital in the state. However, the real estate market is pretty hot. My mom is a broker and she says that there is a major shortage of inventory. She has a new listing, not officially on the market until Monday and already there are 13 showings scheduled. There are deals out there to be had. Check out the legal news. Get a good skiptracer. There is no free skiptracing that will give you consistently accurate results.
