Rookies ready to rock in west MI

Hi all! My husband and I have a buy and hold rental in Holland Mi we acquired a few years ago. Now we're looking to grow our portfolio. The market for buy n holds in Holland doesn't feel great for cash flow so starting to look into investing in the Muskegon area but still have lots to learn in terms of rents, property managers in the area, and investor friendly banks in the area. On the hunt for multi family units or good single family homes we can BRRR. It'll be our first time using this strategy but love the idea of recycling our heloc. Excited to meet more investors in the area :)
