Of course, we certainly have SOME limitations, for example we must get written authorization for expenditure over a certain amount, usually the equivalent of one month rent or somewhat less except in emergency to protect life or property.

@Choice Crosby IIII don't know why you would want to assume the loan.You can buy the house subject to the existing loan it does not involve the bank whatsoever.It is a simple transaction that almost every title company knows to handle.Its a good business practice to have a few disclosures in place.And it's a must, to have 'authorization to release information' and a 'limited power attorney'given to you by the seller.
