I have several properties on my watchlist currently and was was hoping I could get some tips/info to finally take the big step and snag my first deal.

Thankfully I was able to build my credit before I was 20 using credit cards, student loans, and an auto loan to build my credit history and have a great job that allows me to qualify for good price points in my target market.Just a little side tip if you want to college..

There are several real estate clubs and groups in Pittsburgh full of potential buyers.One tip: I wouldn't approach realtor-represented properties with the intention of wholesaling... they dont generally respond well to that.
