“Contribution” represents the portion of sales revenue that is not consumed by variable costs and so contributes to the coverage of fixed costs.

However the majority of consumers do need them....and also probably a pretty high percentage of people who do not think they need them in fact do...which is why by far the vast majority of attempted FSBO's end up listing with an agent in the end anyways.

BP holds ample information for you to absorb, so consume to your hearts content.

A little clunky and time consuming in my opinion.

The basic sources of information are; local zoning ordinances, local municipal code, state landlord/tenant laws, consumer protection laws, federal laws, and case law/regulations that interpret each of these unique sources of law.

Pastoring a church and being a landlord are two time consuming things and you don't want your church nor your investments to suffer from lack of attention.
