I maintain the property weekly but have not begun keeping track of fuel or travel expenses.Our tax refunds have been great so it feels like, even though no real monthly cashflow, the huge return plus the increased equity (not to mention my “free” storage use of the property and garage) makes this seem like it’s working.

My question is can use the I claim my travel expenses to Hawaii based on a planned timeshare meeting?

Wife and I will be traveling there next month to look around. 

I've heard some horror stories, so anything that can be leveraged would be helpful for everyone.Below is a sampling of the type of properties we are currently targeting:- Office Space - Industrial property - 20+ multifamily- Retail centers (strip centers ok)- Medical facilities/clinics - Self storage- Mobile home parksShoot me a message if you'd like more details or recommendations for other information to post for everyone.

I wouldn't prefer to do this way because I don't drive yet, but I will keep an eye out when I'm traveling anyways.

I haven't traveled to any except Houston.

I love the idea that my wife and I could have the option of retiring early and traveling within 10 years with REI instead of waiting another 20 to retire when the government says I should. 

@Jeff Cagle I've recently stopped traveling out of state for work, and I am restarting my construction business to handle my own investments.
