Hi BP fam,I am diving into areas of property leads outside of the traditional route.

Issues like peeling paint, broken windows, outlets/light switches uncovered would not pass inspection. 

FYI its a traditional brokerage account. 

I could go the traditional bank route currently, but if seller financing allows me to get in for less cash, then I have more options for another rental and/or cash repairs if needed.

Is it up to fire code (may require hard wired smoke alarms, exit lighting, etc.)?

I work ~30 hrs/wk and make more $$$ than I would if I had a traditional FTE job.... but I cant obtain a mortgageWhat are some ideas other than a parent cosigning that I could explore for financing???

For some reason this home wasn't selling & we were assuming light pollution from a near by college could be why.

If a person already has land/lot through the Traditional SDRIRA, would the purchase of a mini travel trailer for that lot be allowed under the SDRIRA?
