@Bryan Cork the lease will stay in affect regardless of who the owner and contInue to be a legal contract.

I have a single family in downtown Yonkers 4/1.5 under contract.

@jeff khel thanks for your input, I ended up retracting the contract as the homeowner had all these additional stipulations indicating she wasnt as motivated as she claimed she was.

Did you get the property under contract?

I highly suggest making sure your lease options contracts are separate and are done correctly in order to decrease liability and maximize your returns.We market our properties by putting signs in the property or by hanging door hangers in the neighborhood.  

It has been going well, got a contract signed and in the process of getting that closed. 

Most rental contract specifically do not allow sub leases.
