Each of which  I have seen find killer deals for investors.Contractors and subs are the more difficult problem to solve, as even the big contractors here are having trouble finding laborers to work job sites.

There are many brokerages that serve investors and the agents and brokers are investors- that's free, built in mentoring. 

I'm wondering if it's necessary to establish a management LLC to serve as a middle entity between myself and the tenant.

Some states use one, some the other, but they serve the same purpose. 

Joined the site about a week ago and man is it full of useful information and helpful people.

I just recently found this site a few weeks ago and have really enjoyed the great info BP provides and community of like-minded individuals helping each other reach their financial goals.  

I can say that if it wasn't for this site, I would have never decided to look into real estate investing.
