House acouple doors down sold for 165k.Any advice on next steps to keep the train moving?

I am currently living in Colorado Springs but the Air Force will be sending me to Wichita Falls, TX for pilot training at the end of June.

Check Groupon, they periodically do promos for online training under $200.

It's more of a crystal ball thing than checking off the qualification check list that RMLOs are trained to do.RMLOs can't do third party originastions due to their employment status of having to operate under a registered lender, a brokerage, bank, etc.

Train yourself to be the person you want to be, give back by providing value, and opportunity will flock to you in ways you won't be able to predict.

We are focusing on residential redevelopment projects in the Central CT area.I currently work part-time with a national online curriculum company training teachers across the Northeast in the product, and my husband works full-time at ESPN in the IT Department. 

It was helpful to have the old Total Quality Management training when I was active duty. 

It seems Keller Williams is the best place for me to get started with all the training and help they offer.
