Good Afternoon,Over the past year or so i have been searching articles on bigger pockets, reading books and now I'm currently taking a real estate investing course run by Mike Ferris of DelREIA at Delaware technical community college.

There are lots of ways to learn more and get involved in the local real estate investor community in NOVA.

Check your municipal Official Community Plan to determine the city's vision for redevelopment.

I was able to locate one in my previous city (same state), so would if be productive to try to use a closing attorney in another city or in the experience of my fellow investors, does that generally cause too much headache to manage? 

I am posting to introduce myself, thank the community for all the value provided and leave a bit of insight into what drives me and what I am trying to learn.So first, I am from Bel Air Maryland.

I'll be taking a listing on a property this week that is literally the best piece of land for a roughly 200 unit SFH community around.

Not sure what products they have that would fit your situation as I haven't been there in a few years.
