I’m in college right now so I’m in no rush to complete a deal, I am just keeping myself open to the options that are in my market and learning different state goes that I can get started with.

Short not all inclusive summary of regulations:You need a Zoning Permit for limited lodging to rent your home for up to 30 consecutive days to any one person or group.

I bought a duplex two years ago while in college, I broke even at the time, but after I moved out and refinanced, it brings in about 1,000$ / mo. 

I'm in college right now and I have a job so I'm looking for a way to get into REI part-time, maybe over the weekends.

Hi everyone, I am looking to see if anyone in the BP community has had experience with retroactive permits for partly finishing a basement in a single family residence.

I know some areas it seems you can leave knob and tube in place and others, like U city will make you replace everything if you are getting any permits.

For one, it appears as though the scope of this work includes a requirement to attain a permit from the city of Middletown.

I have a low credit score (slightly above 600) due to carrying high credit card debt as well as having some charged off CC's from my college days, however the statute for those to show up on my credit report expire in August of this year so it should provide a sizable boost to my credit score, in addition to my plan I have in place to reduce my total credit usage from $12,000 (out of 13,000 available) down to about $4,000 by July (hopefully lower!).
