Wholesalers: Did you have a buyer lined up for your first deal?
Hey everyone, my name's Blake and I'm new to real estate investing. I'm in college right now and I have a job so I'm looking for a way to get into REI part-time, maybe over the weekends. Wholesaling seems attractive because it offers a lot of flexibility. I understand how long it can take before finding a deal, but I'm hesitant on finding deals because I'm not sure how prepared you're supposed to feel before doing your first wholesale deal. For those who have a deal or two or ten under their belt, did you have a buyer lined up when you got your first wholesale deal or did you just look for buyers after you got your first deal?
