(quite literally I got two of my oldest kids to move out by reducing the internet to the lowest I could stand)  Arguments against Premium and have any of you had a positive experience with an internet signal booster? 

Would you like it when you came home to your wife or kids that were home alone while you were gone and you see some creepy door hanger or a sticker from some shady figure that obviously had zero manners or respect for privacy that felt compelled to walk all the way up to the front door and selfishly posed a  sticker on the door?

Do I give it to my kids where it runs a high risk of being squandered?

My question was- how could I, as a potential investor/ partner, help the kid who is wanting to house hack but is finding that duplex to be out of reach?

This would be a good example as I'm sure if you open the bathroom cabinet or looked in the kids room, you'd find a package of wipes.

Hire a high school kid to do the dirty work if you're committed.Otherwise just go over top with self leveling cement and then tile or whatever fake flooring you had planned (all I know is hardwood and tile).

And while we do homeschool, our kids don't make our butter or manufacture our clothes ;)

Throw in working 40 hours a week full time on top of having (a) kid(s) and wives/girlfriends.

hi bp'ersi am trying to find a loan for 90,000 but my debt to income ratio is a bit high as i've been putting most of the profit from 14 units back into them. i've aquired them in the past 2 years so it's been somewhat compressed. they're all rented and i'm pulling noi of approx 2500/month.i have 30k cash and i'm looking for help. this would be for my primary residence. believe it or not, the house is being sold by my ex and i don't want my kids to have to move so i waould just move back in once she's out. the house is in a top school district and in a desirable location. it would definitely appraise around 120k.thank for any help!
