Is real estate marketing allowed during this crisis?

Hi BP users! I am from the Lehigh Valley in Pennsylvania and am looking to acquire my second investment property. I've been doing some cold calling to some home owners, but I've been thinking about trying other methods. I'm looking into trying door hangers and door stickers to reach people, but I wasn't sure if that was allowed during the pandemic.

Does anyone have any idea if this is allowed during this time, especially around my area?

Hi @Jeffrey De Los Santos; this is a clever idea!  I don't see any line of logic (or regulation on a national level) that would prevent this.  I'd recommend taking normal Pandemic-Proof precautions (glove up and mask up), but otherwise I don't see how this would be truly risky.

Whats more, this could be a FANTASTIC opportunity to actually talk to the people inside the homes.  So, you may find when you are hanging the door hangars you knock first to see if anyone is home and then you have a chat if they are.  Observe social distance in this case and have a "sanitized packet" to leave with them.  You'll be rocking and rolling!
