However his business model is deferent as he rents to low income permanent type tenants, while I am on to luxury, short term vacation travelers and event planners.

Can anyone point me in the direction of a good resource for me to learn from on the best way to find these homes and more importantly how to incorporate this avenue into my business model.

Have done next to no business with Airbnb as the original Airbnb model was for a sofa in someone's living room, or a spare bedroom.
