Hello everyone,

I just joined this site on recommendation of a friend who is seem to benefit from the information on this site. However his business model is deferent as he rents to low income permanent type tenants, while I am on to luxury, short term vacation travelers and event planners. But we both want to grow and interested in funding and enhanced monetization strategies and ideas. I hope this would be useful....
