Made sure the windows didn't leak.

Hi, I'm not too sure if this is the right place for my question but I'm seeking advice on dealing with a bully building manager.I need to replace a new window on my apartment (a high-rise condo in UWS NYC) and the bldg mgr says I need to work with this company that does all the window works for my building.

I replaced the roof, water tank, updated, electrical, updated the kitchen, refinished and stained the original hardwood floors, renovated the bathroom, Basically I did a total renovation!

Does anyone have any insights on how much we should budget for cosmetic rehab (i.e kitchen/bathroom upgrades, etc)?

The house was a full rehab in 2018 and everything was in great working order, but the list goes on of what they 'need to fix' in order to close-had to repair plumbing issues-had to replace windows-had to fix a leaking front door?

New flooring, paint, counters, bathroom updated, kitchen updated, new appliances, maintained landscaping really well.What was the outcome?

House just had full rehab in 2019 with new roof, hvac, siding, windows, bathroom, flooring and countertops. 

Does anyone have any experience replacing windows in their multifamily property?

You should absolutely kick the rental desire out the window and become a property owner and start building wealth.
