I tend to stay away from trusts, because there is a lot to deal with usually (attorneys, parties involved, etc.)

Like many have said on the forums, I would absolutely get an engineer's report on the foundation, but keep an eye on your contract dates and don't let your inspection window pass!

IF you qualify for the SOLO401K (must have self employed income as the main criteria) in MOST cases they are better; larger contribution limits, easier to leverage with less paperwork involved

hellooooo BiggerPockets I hope everyone is have an amazzing day I just starting listening to the money podcast and have completely opened my eyes on frugality I’m kinda ticked off I didn’t think of or hear about this earlyer but I’m 23 so I’d figure I get everything straightened out while I’m younger..So my  dilemma is about 3 years ago I bought a “brand new” car 2013 Chrysler 300s.
