I am debating if interior design would be the right way to go.

Hello everyone i'm trying to find a decent painting contractor that covers the williamstown and Sicklerville NJ area, i would appreciate any suggestion, doing a full house rehab and need to paint walls trims ceiling door etc. interior job about 1500 Sq feet.

We added another interior doorway on an adjacent wall for safety purposes, at the "suggestion" of the inspector.

Since June 1, 2017, the city of Independence also requires another interior inspection before you can get your landlord business license - they call it the "Rental Ready" program. 

Smaller items - interior paint, hardwoods, etc we do $50.

However the since the recent death of housing court Judge Raymond Pianka & the addition of interior rental inspections in the city of Cleveland it feels as though things are starting to turn a little left in the city of Cleveland. 

We are just finishing up on demo and when removing insulation on the interior walls of the finished basement there is an overwhelming smell of mouse pee odor.  

Interior i put like 2.5% for interior cus I don't think their will be much if any issues their.

Does anyone know a good interior painter they'd recommend for the North Little Rock, AR area?

Structurally good - just needs a new roof plus interior cosmetic reno.
