How to get rid of Mouse Pee smell?

Hello BP Nation, I am in need of some help on my 1st Flip.  We are just finishing up on demo and when removing insulation on the interior walls of the finished basement there is an overwhelming smell of mouse pee odor.  I have looked at a lot of the post on this very topic already but have not really found a definitive solution.   A few recommendations that have been made that I have zero experience with is Nilium, Hydrocide, Bio-Kleen (Bac Out), Nature's Mircle, Vinegar/H2O solution.  I have not tried any of these and was wondering if anybody has any experience using any of the above or any others you would recommend?

I have already removed all of the insulation which contained a good majority of the odor and will also remove any and all wood that it has permeated. However, it may be on some of the floor joist that I don't intend removing. Any sealant recommendations after the above treatment solutions you would recommend? I have used kilz in the past but is very strong and overwhelming and I don't have a really great way to move air flow down there. Any way thanks for any and all help you can provide. Thanks ahead of time. Here is to wishing you all a successful 2017 in your REI ventures!

For mice you can usually treat the urine stains ... we often use just hydrogen peroxide or, if it is really bad, one of the enzime products specifically for animal urine.  Once you have treated the structure (floor joists in your case) and they are dry, then encapsulate/seal them with something like Zinnser ... they have a new soy-based version of BIN which is cheaper an less noxious than the original shellac ... we've used it a few times, it does not dry & seal as quickly as true shellac, but is often sufficient.
