I've had a couple of buy and hold properties but now I'm actively looking at ways to achieve more passive income through short term rentals and multi-family units.  

They pretty much streamline the whole process and hold their contacts accountable.

I am looking to start off doing some wholesale deals, and eventually fix and flips as well as buy and holds.

There are opportunities to find immediate cash flow by buying unrentable or severely underperforming single family properties to rehab and hold.
