Newbie working on my first deal in Middle TN

Hello everyone! I am currently working on purchasing an 8 unit property from my parents who are tired of the land lording life. I finally decided to become a member to more easily put together my business plan for a loan at a local bank I've had some loan history with. I am very excited about what opportunities REI holds for me.

@Jeremiah Bishop  Congrats on your first deal man!   If you ever want to grab lunch or coffee and talk real estate, I'd love to connect.

Quick Tip: If you haven't already, I'd look into some PM software to make your accounting/management life easier.  I'm using RentecDirect.  It's ok.  I've heard good things about Buildium as well.

Keep up the awesome work !
