Hi all- We closed on our first STR literally one week ago and today I was informed by my insurance agent that our homeowners insurance company cancelled our coverage because in their words "A HOME/DWELLING RENTED LESS THAN WEEKLY IS INELIGIBLE FOR COVERAGE."

I went a different route, got my real estate license, and went to work for one of the largest wholesaling companies and learned everything from there!

Currently I have a traditional IRA in my Fidelity account sitting in cash that I would like to use to invest in a cre syndication or maybe a note or debt fund... but first I would need transfer funds into a self directed IRA with a company like Equity Trust.

New companies like Intel, Amazon, and Google are also investing here.I own all of my investment properties here and work with a lot of out-of-state investors in both the east and west coast that love investing here for the turnkey and BRRRR opportunities that we have here.

They look that company / person up.

Many major insurance companies are not writing new policies in New Orleans.

I was wondering if you have any recommendations with help for transferring title and setting up a Wyoming llc as a holding company?

I would obviously need a property management company to assist. 

We're talking with someone who may be coming into our company's leadership that will require health coverage.

When you get it signed you will forward that to the title company - NOT THE REALTOR.
