The last job, a bath tub demo, was quoted at $10k which is absurd.My condo will eventually be a rental and I am looking for a small, Seattle,WA based contractor or handyman that can help me with some small plumbing and electrical projects but who isnt going to force feed me italian marble inlays in my shower.Anyone out there have a good reasonable guy/gal who can help?

Hi guys - There is a huge development off the side of a 4 lane highway near my home that I want to identify.  

I have spoken to a developer and he provide me a verbal bid of 108K for a 1500 Sqft house with two card garage. so the total sqft is about 1900.

I am not very experienced (in the middle of my first deal flipping and eventually renting after I move out) but am currently looking for another deal so have been analyzing quite a bit.
