Small job GC in Seattle

Hi there BP Community,

I purchased my condo about a year ago and have been slowly remodeling it.  I have done about as much as I am comfortable taking on and am looking for some professional help for small misc projects.  I have posted several jobs/projects on home advisor and have not had much success.  The last job, a bath tub demo, was quoted at $10k which is absurd.

My condo will eventually be a rental and I am looking for a small, Seattle,WA based contractor or handyman that can help me with some small plumbing and electrical projects but who isnt going to force feed me italian marble inlays in my shower.

Anyone out there have a good reasonable guy/gal who can help?
