I will add--Know your tenant base--know their "Culture".Some areas abound with Buy here pay here Car lots and Pawn shops for a reason.Some areas are virtually barren of businesses for a reason.Just my 2 cents

I am not sure if Bill offers bookkeeping services to assist you throughout the year, but if not, I am a virtual-based bookkeeper and have real estate experience myself.

Landlords in your area will be the best "guru" you can talk to and virtually all of them will help you for free because they also have a passion for real estate.

Does anyone want to read, (or re-read) it at the same time and have scheduled phone/virtual discussions on the questions being asked in the book?
