How do I find a mentor in Oklahoma City?

Aaron Dickson
Posted

Looking for a mentor in OKC area to learn about the business, discover how I can add value to the community of investors, and understand what my next steps are as an amateur investor.

Currently finishing up my first rental home. After reading and talking to others I found I need a mentor.

My goal is to do this full time in under 5 years. My drive is so I can have more time to give back to the community, my family, create financial freedom for myself and learn what it means to work for myself.

I have the energy, drive, attitude, and now just need the guidance.

How do you suggest I find this mentor? Or can it be done through this forum?

Welcome to BP @Aaron Dickson! Happy to have you.  As others have said, attend local meetups (virtual or in person) that you can find.  Many are posted here on BP, but check out Facebook and other sites as well. Connect and engage at these events, but also have something to offer for a mentor.  You mentioned your drive and hustle, so try to use that when offering something of value in return for their guidance.  Best of luck to you moving forward!
