Agree w/Greg, most tenants don't read beyond what they are looking for (ocean view, large yard, pets OK, etc.)

allowing pets has also added revenue (more bookings and pet fees per stay); we don’t see much extra costs/burden for allowing pets (we have polypropylene rugs, etc.
