Nearly 100% of the prospects who approach my firm and DIYed their returns in the prior year are either preparing their returns in a materially incorrect manner or leaving advantageous strategy on the table.DIY software doesn't turn you into a tax professional any more than reading Web MD turns me into a medical professional.That said, if you are just starting out, you can probably get by self-preparing your return until you've reached critical mass and can absorb a rock star tax professional into your budget.

I am with @Ken Latchers that it will most likely not deter or prevent it, but it would be more valuable if the authorities come a calling about abuse and you can show that you have a policy regarding internet abuse.

(normally recommended, especially if you are a landlord)- Water Backup: For water damage due to the backup of Sewer s or Drains.Your age should not be a factor on the pricing but, depending on the company these other factors may get you credits:- Insurance Score (company pulls certain info out of your credit report)It is not your credit score but generally better credit will result in a better score- Time at your job- Education level- time at current residence Here are some things to look for from an Insurance prospective:1.Any in-ground tanks (active or inactive)2.Any Knob & Tube or Aluminum Wiring3.If built before 1978, does the building have Lead Safe certifications4.Any wood stoves or secondary heating units.
