I have been finding many off-market properties and what I'm dealing with is how to get the information out to buyers without other real estate agents stealing my leads on properties and investors I don't know going directly to the owners. I'm to busy to do contracts with every lead I get so are there any ideas on sharing my hard-earned business with others who may want to buy without me getting screwed in the end....
