That is important to understand VA loans aren't really a separate loan program they are conventional loans that the VA is insuring the lenders for (simplified description) and allow the lenders to loan higher LTV since they have insurance to help.I'd say the VA loan can be great but honestly they have some huge drawbacks mostly for the investment side of things since they are intended to only be for owner occupants.

So as to make it clear that this is a family transfer, I'd suggest on the deed that the Grantee is the daughter of the Grantor, like "Grantee, Mary Radino, previously name prior to marriage being Mary Jones, daughter of Grantor" or similar statement, this indicates the relationship for title search purposes.You need the legal description of the property.

I was purchasing the 1 acre parcel, the legal description in the deed was correct, tax records showed separate parcels, however, the same owner owned both parcels.I called back this Monday the 3rd and closing attorney's office told me there was some sort of property description issue, asked if I'm buying the 1 acre parcel with the house, and that they had to have the correct legal property description from the seller.

Then use the following columns for each line-item: unique transaction ID (to distinguish transactions on same day, usually just whatever the retailer uses as their transaction ID), Date of Purchase, Retailer, transaction amount, category of item (painting, flooring, HVAC, etc), room item was used (not necessary for every line-item, but will help you personally keep it straight), and lastly the description of the item.

I've never used this before and my plan was to list the apartments, put my contact info in the description, set up individual showings (maybe an open house type) and then if the prospective tenants liked the apartments, I could email them the application link on the spot.
