Cheap brokerages are places agents go to die a slow death when they don't make any money at the bigger more successful shops....not to kill it because the split is a little better.See if they will let you sit in on a class or sales meeting....that tells you a little about the culture.I think if you interview 5 you will know who is the right fit for you.

Interesting discussion.i remember looking at a building with about 40 rooms.it was student housing.One room with one or two beds , cupboard, communal showers, laundry, dining area.Good systems make it work..House of Multiple Occupation.

These units have been vacant now for 2 months and I'm out of ideas on how to market the units to people who will move forward.All four units are 1 bed/1 bath units and I have the following criteria:Fees:$300 security deposit, $50 application fee per adult (18Y+).Criteria as follows:no evictions in the last three (3) years; felonies on a case by case; no sexual offenses; income 2.5 times the rent.Any thoughts or tips would be very helpful!
