Henry, I found a lot near my house that has 160' street frontage, 730' depth, in an excellent location, close to a lot of apartment complexes old amd mew and many more are still under construction, but it has an area of 2000 sqft wetland right smack in the middle of the lot, leaving a small stretch to connect the two end parts together.

Yeah @Brian Stike, most likely they are operating illegally.You have to guess that the complexes are making money managing the properties so they won't rock that boat.
