I am a relatively new property owner in Indianapolis and very unhappy with my property manager. 

(on something drug related) That's how far i got. 

I found a listing on Trulia/Zillow as For Sale By Owner (FSBO) but "Please No Agents"...and "seller is related to a real estate agent" and "pre-approval and proof of funds is needed".

Investing is all relative...for example, I'll take a B-class property that breaks even every month over a C-Class property that cash flows $600/mo. because it works better for my plan and style...the point is that any rules about returns are crap. 

@Josh Gold why not let your parents/relatives buy it as an investment property and lease it to you with an option to buy down the road.

But, I'm asking in relation to property #2. 

Whenever I have an AirBnB related expense, I take a photo of the receipt and put the amount, store, etc. in the subject line/body of the email and send it to that email address.

I'm a mother of dragons; to 3 little dragons at the age of 4, 3 and 1 and I am proud to say they are my reason and inspiration why I LOVE to do what I do!

There is also Wilkins and Co (No relation). i have used them in the past (6 yrs ago) for property management i also purchased my first investment property with Wilkins and Co.
