I'll be officially back in mid-September but I'm making a trip out there at the end of June to look for places to live (still deciding whether or not to buy or rent).

I just picked up a 18 unit and will be picking up (I hope) at least 10-12 more properties on my next trip.

I suggest even scheduling a trip to see it and mix some fun / business in, then let the PM do the work and keep you updated.
