Do you have a backup system in place for if this happens again?

It may even generate competition and help get you back up near where you wanted to be to begin with.If you don't need to sell and really won't unless you get your price, then let your agent know so at least you're on the same page. 

While I like most of my things and they have value for me, I tend to buy mostly on craigslist or thrift so they are not too expensive to begin with.Also, if you might consider a backup offer on that condo if you do really like it and feel it is the right fit, you never know what might happen!

It might be a good idea to export your data every few months just in case you need a backup.

You wait for the crash, you buy the 2nd Property with that money from the Equity in House 2.Now House 1 and house 2 goes back up to it's previous peak.

The system is currently connected to battery backup. 

it may take me 2-3 years to save that amount back up again. 

Another reason is to have backup funding available if Bank at some point denies.
