I'm a Realtor Broker in a very small rural market in south central Alabama. My Wife and I have 2 girls( 7yrs and 12 yrs). My Wife is a Teacher and I own a Real Estate Office(Covington Realty). 50% of our sales are Residential and 50% Land. I also buy and sell land(acreage) and subdivide(flip).
