Finding "Private Money Lenders" "Capital Partners" Land Invest

I primarily invest in Land Deals because that's what I know and am very confident in.  I have a local bank that I've done all the financing with and have a good relationship with.  Any advice on seeking individuals who would like to "fund" or help fund some Land deals?  One reason is to cut out up front Appraisal and Banking Fees and to make "Cash Offers".  Another reason is to have backup funding available if Bank at some point denies.
