All of the tools, deals and many education, network, forum matters are country-dependent and so not applying to us.

@Estefania Concha Unfortunately your tenant is correct in the fact that you must have a "tenant at fault just cause" currently due to the tenant protection programs...normally this does not apply to single family residences owned by an individual. 

However, I’d like to know if he can still apply for any government aid for first time owner in a multi family property.

The same applies to development, flips, etc.
