But I don't think it's necessarily risky to buy when times are good, as long as you have a cushion.If I buy a class C apartment complex that makes good cash flow at 90% occupancy, OK cash flow at 75%, and can still cover the debt service at 50% occupancy, I don't think I am buying trouble, as long as I believe a downturn will only be temporary

If you want to sell investors the sweet spot location you should paint north shore Kenilworth, Winnetka, Cicero, Berwyn, Southside etc. with vital parameters they need to know.

i heard that putting such a restrictive air filter will put excessive strain on your hvac, and it might fail early.If I had my way, I would give him a lifetime supply of antihistamines.Certainly cheaper than the damn $2000 duct cleaning, which is only temporary at best.You could probably get new ducts for that price.hypochondriacs are the worst.
