Are you going to replace with hard wood?

The wood trim, crown molding, window frames and baseboards all are original and in good shape.  

There are some pretty sly new home builders in your neck of the woods. 

After seeing that and realizing that we have not called him once for an issue (knock on wood), I just couldn't let go of the fact that he just stops by and grabs a total of about $2250 every month off of the couple units he has and then its radio silence until the first of the next month.Given the total "Newb" state I am in, I did my research and stumbled across a ton of info online.

seems awfully high, you can probably put wood floors down for less than that.

I discovered after the deal was done that the kithchen cabinets were solid Mahogany Wood with copper handles after a nice refinish and some TLC they look amazing and are irreplaceable today.All in all it was an awesome experience and am looking forward to doing more!
