Hardwood Flooring Replacement

Just looked at a vacant house today as a possible wholesale deal. House has hardwood that , frankly, needs replacement in my opinion. I'm no expert though. The house is 1500 sq ft and wanted to know a rough estimate for a cash buyer. It's a major repair and I want to get a ballpark idea of the cost. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
