I found BP on a random google search on real estate.

I've seen this type of layout before what was done when the kitchen needed to be remodeled was a small piece of counter (maybe a foot or less was added on the other side of the stove with a cookie sheet type cupboard underneath. 

I found a potential property and I think that's where the "extra" square footage is coming into play (the house has 2 bedrooms and 1,100 SF).I'm assuming adding a bedroom here may be more complicated because of matching the siding on the house - probably not worth the cost but I'm not sure.Anyone have experience with something like this?

I’m wondering if I should finish the basement by adding 1-2 bedrooms and (maybe) a bathroom.

I am glad because of the LLC added protection, low monthly mortage because I put 25% down(which i found private money on).

Hence, I'm considering adding on a bedroom and bath and refinancing, (also I could add a small bedroom in the basement for 1/4 cost of addition, probably more aligned with making a rental). 

Hi guys... we purchased a commercial building and already moved a few walls and added a few electrical outlets... my question is NOW after we realized that we need the Certificate of Occupancy what is the best route to go for obtaining the right permits to get the CO?

Look her current employer up on Google, and call THAT number and ask for her supervisor. 

We've talked about adding an alarm system, but nothing seems to be helping right now.
