Hello ladies and gentlemen,I have been part of BP for awhile now, but am still getting my feet wet in real estate investments.

I hope you and others were just as vocal and concerned when BLM protesters chanted "pigs in a blanket" calling for the execution of police officers, while others set entire city blocks on fire and looted millions from innocent business owners.  2 of the 5 who died at the capitol were from natural causes (1 suspected stroke, 1 heart attack), one was in question as a potential drug overdose but unknown. 1 was shot by capital police (the lady you've seen in the video) and one capitol police officer was hit in the head with a fire extinguisher and died shortly after. 

We’re looking to get either one of them on a two year lease. here goes... tenant A : Elderly lady , lives with her daughter and granddaughter.

If it's no, cool pay the lady. 

The lady who answered the plumber isn't in, but one of the helpers are here and can run over if it's urgent.

All investors want to buy cheap, I get it, so do I, but I don't low ball a little old lady to see if I can get away with it.

It has been a wild ride from the start but after getting through this I'm ready to buy more! 

Both with and without disability  Ok, you've swayed me a little bit......but a) I still don't agree with the Govt over-reach that makes it criminal for a property owner to have to rent to animals when they clearly don't want to......b) I did get the feeling that this issue was a bit contrived, I guess we won't know....and c) no one is being a vigilante - that is the wrong word to use IMO....no one is going to drag the lady out and string her up. 

To add to the complexity, there's a retired lady living in the house (a friend of the lady that died in the home), who isn't listed in the lease.

Seems like we got started during BPs wild west days.
