I work 3 jobs the often take my nights, weekends and holidays just to make ends meet and I'm just a bit tired of it.

Make the meet up on a weekend like Saturday.  

This whole weekend was spent reading up on Real Estate!

And, I've spent over a year working nights and weekends on all this stuff and I just don't want to deal with it right now.Do keep in mind that we were not dealing with a mold problem. 

my family doesn't have money to do so I'm working in the oilfield to better my life but soon realized that I like being home more than I am but still want to make some nice money to buy my own house & have nice things while not having to worry about if I can go to another city for the weekend if you or anyone else has any suggestions that would be great thanks.

He's not he most professional guy.So anyway, the repairs were done this past weekend and I let him know they were complete and we'd update him on the response of the title insurance claim.Hopefully in another week or two, we'll find out their answer to the claim and go from there.

It should be ready by the weekend or before.  

We removed ourselves from the property for the weekend, set the foggers on all levels of the home, then came back three days later, opened all the windows and doors, and then proceeded to wash all our dishes (not required, but our paranoia).
