Hi everyone,

My name is Dan and I am from Long Beach, CA. I'm completely new to real estate investing with no previous experience. I currently work in healthcare but would like to invest in real estate on the side. My ultimate goal in real estate is to achieve financial freedom and I came across BiggerPockets in my search for real estate information/knowledge.

I'm really looking forward to learning more in the coming months from this community and hoping to make some new friends!
