Any bidding tips on homepath vs. hudhomestore?

I'm looking at SFH in the Bethlehem-Allentown area in need of light repairs or TLC, also open to any tips or advice.

I do actually have 2+ years of income the problem is I get mostly cash tips at my job so I do not claim a whole lot.

Mainly looking at Big White or Radium hot springs, does anyone have experience in these areas that has any tips on how to decide on a place and which will bring generate more monthly passive income and appreciate better?
