Ski hill condo investments

Hello all, I am looking at investing in a condo or townhouse at a ski hill in BC. Mainly looking at Big White or Radium hot springs, does anyone have experience in these areas that has any tips on how to decide on a place and which will bring generate more monthly passive income and appreciate better?
