My cousin once had a job as a forest ranger and part of her duties were to go around the perimeter of the park boundaries to make sure no one was "squatting" and trying to take possession through the adverse possession laws I guess!

They (I'll call them tenant A) have been great tenants but have been having trouble with the new neighbors (tenant B)  for the last 2 months.We addressed the situation with tenant B and basically told them to all get along or get out, made a schedule for use of the limited parking available which seemed to be the cause of the initial friction in the house.

The bottom line is that this is just a residential house. the garage is for parking cars and some light power tools.

The neighborhood seems great to invest as it is close to Johns Hopkins Hospital, a huge top ranked hospital, the touristy waterfront, a huge park, yet it still has enough city edge to keep prices affordable.
